These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you and RE Media Hub governing access to and use of the platform. By creating an account, accessing, or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms apply to all access to and use of RE Media Hub, which is operated by Miami Luxe Images, LLC, including scheduling, listings, workflows, billing features, integrations, public order forms, property websites, customer portals, invoice or checkout pages, and download centers connected to a workspace.
You represent and warrant that account information is accurate and current. Workspace owners are responsible for configuring role permissions, portal access, team member access, and customer team access. Each user is responsible for maintaining credential confidentiality and all activity occurring under that account. You must promptly notify RE Media Hub of any suspected unauthorized access.
As between the parties, you retain ownership of all workspace data, including client records, listings, customer team data, portal user records, order details, contact information, brand assets, public page content, and uploaded files ("Customer Data").
You grant RE Media Hub a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Data solely as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the service.
RE Media Hub does not sell, rent, or trade Customer Data. Customer Data is not disclosed for unrelated third-party advertising or data-broker use. Where subprocessors are used, access is limited to operational necessity and subject to confidentiality and security obligations.
Public pages and customer-facing experiences may display Customer Data according to the workspace settings, permissions, links, and publication status configured by the workspace owner or authorized users.
Fees, included usage, and billing cadence are determined by your selected plan configuration. You are responsible for all applicable subscription charges, usage-based charges, taxes, and governmental fees. Past-due balances may result in suspension or limitation of service.
Workspaces may also configure customer payments, invoices, deposits, saved payment methods, coupons, referral credits, loyalty rewards, and download access rules. Workspace owners are responsible for their own customer pricing, tax settings, cancellation and refund policies, chargeback handling, and any legal acknowledgements presented through public forms or checkout pages.
RE Media Hub supports customer-facing order forms, property websites, customer portals, invoices, checkout pages, and listing download centers. If you publish or share those experiences, you are responsible for the content, pricing, media, access permissions, and instructions shown to your customers or team members.
Customers or other public workflow users must submit accurate information, use only links and files they are authorized to access, and comply with any workspace-specific terms, payment requirements, or download restrictions shown during the workflow.
The service may connect with third-party providers for payments, calendar sync, SMS, email delivery, accounting, media tools, storage, domain verification, analytics, and migration. By enabling an integration, you authorize RE Media Hub to exchange the information needed to provide the connected feature. Your use of those providers may also be governed by their own terms and policies.
The platform can send operational emails, SMS messages, reminders, invoices, portal invitations, password reset messages, and support communications. You are responsible for configuring templates and channels lawfully, honoring opt-out and preference requirements where applicable, and obtaining any consent required before sending messages to customers or team members.
RE Media Hub transactional SMS messages may include appointment reminders, appointment updates, booking deposit reminders, payment reminders, order follow-ups, portal invitations, password reset messages, and media delivery notifications connected to workspace activity.
SMS consent is requested separately from these Terms, is not required as a condition of purchase, and may be provided through account registration, order forms, customer portals, or other workflows that clearly ask for permission to send transactional SMS.
Message frequency varies based on workspace settings, account activity, booking activity, checkout activity, and notification preferences. Message and data rates may apply. For help, reply HELP or visit the Support page. To opt out of SMS messages, reply STOP. After opting out, you may no longer receive SMS messages from the sending number unless you resubscribe where supported.
Mobile opt-in data and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent and phone numbers are processed to provide requested operational communications and are not sold, rented, or shared for unrelated third-party advertising or promotional use.
You shall not use the service in violation of applicable law, infringe third-party rights, transmit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt platform operations, or misuse data that you are not authorized to process.
You shall not use RE Media Hub to send spam, unlawful SMS or email messages, deceptive payment requests, unauthorized marketing, or content that violates the rights or privacy of another person.
RE Media Hub may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue features as part of maintenance, security, or product improvements. While commercially reasonable efforts are made to maintain availability, the service is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from delay.
RE Media Hub may suspend or terminate access, with or without prior notice where reasonably necessary, for material breach of these Terms, unlawful activity, fraud, non-payment, or security risk. You may discontinue use at any time.
Except as expressly stated, the service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RE Media Hub's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
RE Media Hub may amend these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
