You retain ownership of your workspace data, including listings, client lists, contacts, and uploaded media.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your client list or client data. We do not share your client list or client data with third parties for advertising or unrelated marketing use.
Limited sharing may occur only with contracted subprocessors needed to provide the service (for example, hosting, storage, or transactional email), and only under confidentiality and security obligations.
4. Acceptable Use
You must not use the platform to violate law, infringe rights, upload malicious content, interfere with service operations, or access data you are not authorized to access.
5. Billing and Plan Terms
Paid plans, usage limits, and billing terms are defined in your selected plan. You are responsible for paying applicable fees and taxes.
6. Service Updates and Availability
We may update features, improve security, and perform maintenance. We aim for reliable availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service at all times.
7. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material violation of these terms, unlawful activity, or security risk. You may stop using the service at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and liability is limited to amounts paid for the service in the applicable period.
