This Privacy Policy describes how RE Media Hub collects, uses, stores, and discloses information in connection with the platform and related services.
This Privacy Policy describes how RE Media Hub collects, uses, stores, and discloses information in connection with the platform and related services.
RE Media Hub is operated by Miami Luxe Images, LLC. We may process account and identity information, workspace configuration data, operational records (including orders, listings, scheduling activity, customer teams, portal users, referrals, loyalty rewards, invoices, deposits, and payment status), submitted files, brand assets, domain settings, notification preferences, support communications, and technical usage data necessary to operate and secure the service.
If you choose to connect Google Calendar, RE Media Hub requests access to identify the connected Google account, view the list of calendars available to that account, and create, update, or delete booking events on the selected or primary calendar. RE Media Hub uses this access only to provide appointment scheduling, availability coordination, and calendar sync features that are visible in the platform.
If you choose to connect Google Analytics, RE Media Hub requests access to identify the connected Google account, read available Google Analytics accounts, properties, and GA4 web data streams, read basic reporting data needed to test the connection, and create a GA4 web data stream when a workspace admin asks RE Media Hub to create one. RE Media Hub uses this access only to configure and verify GA4 tracking for workspace-controlled public pages such as order forms, portals, property websites, and download centers.
If you choose to connect Google Drive, RE Media Hub requests access to identify the connected Google account, browse folders and files available in Google Drive, view file metadata such as file name, file type, size, modified time, thumbnail, and web link, and download user-selected files for import into the workspace media library. RE Media Hub uses this access only for workspace-requested media import workflows.
RE Media Hub may store OAuth tokens, connected Google account identifiers, selected calendar identifiers, synced event identifiers, Google Analytics account/property/stream identifiers, Measurement IDs, Google Drive file identifiers and metadata for imported media, event links, and related sync status so integrations can remain connected and operate as configured. We do not sell Google user data, use Google user data for advertising, or transfer Google user data except as needed to provide and secure the service, comply with law, or honor a user-approved support request.
RE Media Hub's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
When payments, invoices, deposits, saved payment methods, or membership billing are used, payment collection may be handled by connected payment providers such as Stripe, Square, or another provider configured by the workspace. RE Media Hub may process payment status, invoice and order identifiers, customer or provider IDs, transaction references, checkout session identifiers, setup intent identifiers, card brand, last four digits, expiration month and year, billing contact details, and related audit metadata.
Full card numbers and card security codes are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by RE Media Hub. Payment providers process payment data according to their own terms, security controls, and privacy policies.
The platform may process email addresses, phone numbers, message templates, notification preferences, delivery status, open or redirect tracking events, SMS provider message identifiers, callback payloads, password reset activity, portal invitations, support messages, and related timestamps to send and troubleshoot operational communications.
Workspace owners are responsible for configuring communications lawfully, including obtaining any required customer consent and honoring opt-out or preference requirements where applicable.
Mobile opt-in data and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent records and mobile phone numbers are used to provide requested operational messages and are not sold, rented, or shared for unrelated third-party advertising or promotional use.
Information is processed to provide and administer the platform, authenticate users, maintain security, publish customer-facing pages, manage portals and downloads, deliver support, process billing and payments, operate integrations, send operational communications, comply with legal obligations, and improve service quality and reliability.
RE Media Hub does not sell, rent, trade, or broker your client list or client data. We do not disclose client data to data brokers or advertising networks for unrelated third-party marketing or profiling.
Information is retained for as long as necessary to provide the service, fulfill contractual obligations, comply with legal and regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, subject to applicable retention policies and backup cycles.
We implement administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Where permitted by applicable law and/or where consent has been provided, RE Media Hub may send marketing communications regarding updates, offers, and announcements. Recipients may opt out at any time using unsubscribe instructions included in such communications.
Workspace owners may update account information, manage user and customer portal access, update notification preferences, change connected integrations, adjust public page settings, and submit data-management requests, subject to applicable law and operational limitations. For account-level requests, visit the Support page.
Users may disconnect Google integrations in RE Media Hub where available, revoke access from their Google Account permissions page, or contact support to request deletion of stored Google OAuth connection data, subject to legal and operational retention obligations.
Customer portal users may update supported profile, billing contact, notification, and saved payment method settings from the portal where those controls are enabled by the workspace.
RE Media Hub may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any revisions will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
