SMS Consent Workflow

1. Opt-In Paths

Account registration: end users visit https://remediahub.com/, choose to create an account, enter their phone number, and may check the separate SMS consent checkbox. The SMS checkbox is optional and is not pre-selected.

Public order and checkout forms: customers placing real estate media orders enter their contact details and may check the separate SMS consent checkbox before submitting or completing checkout. The checkbox is optional and is not pre-selected.

RE Media Hub does not support opt-in by texting a keyword. Customer-facing SMS delivery is gated by stored SMS consent records.

2. Consent Checkbox

The account registration checkbox states:

I agree to receive transactional SMS from RE Media Hub about account setup, booking activity, reminders, billing, and media delivery. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our Terms and Privacy Policy.

The public order and checkout checkbox states:

3. Message Types

Transactional SMS messages may include account setup, appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, booking or order updates, deposit or payment reminders, portal invitations, and media delivery notifications.

4. Privacy Protection

Mobile opt-in data and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

5. Help and Opt-Out

Users can reply HELP for help and STOP to opt out. After opting out, users will not receive further SMS messages from the sending number unless they resubscribe where supported.
